研發(fā)理念:

針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)的化學(xué)殺蟲劑殺菌劑和抗生素過度使用使病蟲害抗藥性增強(qiáng)、生態(tài)環(huán)境破壞,采用基因組、轉(zhuǎn)錄組、代謝組和表型組多組學(xué)連用技術(shù)系統(tǒng)性研究作物抗病機(jī)理、篩選作物免疫基因,通過基因編輯育種技術(shù)顛覆傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)作物育種模式,在作物自身基因組基礎(chǔ)上實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)特定免疫基因的改變,實(shí)現(xiàn)精準(zhǔn)化品種改良,有效保障農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供給和國家食品安全。

Research philosophy:

Aiming at the excessive use of traditional chemical insecticides and fungicides and antibiotics to enhance the resistance of diseases and insects and destroy the ecological environment, the genome, transcriptome,metabolome and phenotype are used to systematically study the disease resistance mechanism of crops and screen crops immune genes, through gene editing and breeding technology, subvert the traditional crop breeding model, based on the crop's own genome to achieve changes in specific immune genes, achieve precise variety improvement, and effectively guarantee the supply of agricultural products and national food safety.

1. 在即食性果蔬中建立穩(wěn)定的遺傳轉(zhuǎn)化體系;

2. 開發(fā)形成高抗性果蔬新品種。

3. 利用基因編輯技術(shù)選育高抗性果蔬新品種;
